Repeat Prescriptions

Did you know you can request repeat prescriptions using the patient access app or website? For further information on registering for this service, please contact reception.

 

Ways to order

For requests made in person at the practice, please put your request in the prescription box on the front desk in reception.

If we are closed you can also drop your prescription off in the black letterbox beside the front door on the outside of the building.

Due to workload pressures, we will need a minimum of 5 working days if you have requested repeat medication. At times of peak demand, it may take longer.

Please be aware that if a medication review is overdue, you are asking for something that you haven't had in a long time, you are asking for an amendment or you are due to see a nurse, your prescription will be delayed.

Please allow 5 working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.

Please note we will not accept any requests for urgent prescriptions.
